Measuring and monitoring

Without compressed air, your production comes to a standstill. A well-functioning and reliable compressed air system is therefore very important. Not only do you save a lot on energy costs, your machinery is also less subject to malfunctions and wear.

The technical life of your valuable machines and equipment is extended thanks to good quality compressed air. Monitoring compressed air quality is essential to be able to control the process. We measure the quantity (such as pressure, volume, flow) and quality (dirt, moisture, residual oil (VOC), etc.) of the compressed air.

Insight into compressed air consumption

With structural measurement and monitoring, you retain control at all times. In many cases we install measuring instruments (temporary or permanent), so that the compressed air consumption and quality are made transparent. Providing insight into compressed air consumption and abuse (leaks, unnecessary use of compressed air, etc.) often makes it clear that the compressor installation is much too large, which directly leads to unnecessarily high energy consumption, maintenance costs, etc.

Compressed air measurement and monitoring should be an integral part of energy management within a company.
